  Observed no sanitizer or test strips on site for dishwashing.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have sanitizer and matching test strips to ensure proper dishwashing. Proper dishwashing requires the item to be washed with soap and 110*F water, rinsed, sanitized with an approved sanitizer at the. proper level for the time specified on the sanitizer bottle, and then air dried. Hands shall be washed prior to removing the item from the sanitizer solution. Approved sanitizers and levels are: Bleach solution at 50-100ppm Quaternary ammonia at 200-400ppm or sink and surface cleaner at 272-700ppm
