Observed various hand washing sinks in the kitchen area not supplied with cold water, with hot water reaching up to 140 degrees F.Corrective Actions: Must provide cold water to all hand washing sinks, so that hot and cold water can be used to achieve safe hand washing temperatures at 100 degrees F and to promote proper hand washing for at least 20 seconds.
