Observed expired milk in the self serve refrigerator on the serve line. The milk was removed immediately. Observed refrigeration after opening orange sauce and teryaki sauce opened in the dry storage area. The sauce was discarded.Corrective Actions: Ensure all expired foods are removed from the premises. Ensure all refrigerate after opening food is refrigerated at 41*F or lower.
