Observed dish washing unit with heat sanitizing with an internal temperature only reaching a maximum temperature of 156.3 Degrees F. Obseved inside of ice machine not kept thoroughly cleaned.Corrective Actions: Must ensure heat sanitizing dish washing machine internal temperature reaching a minimum of 160 Degrees F, for effective sanitation of dishware and equipment. Must regularly and thoroughly clean inside ice machine, as to prevent contamination of ice.

Proper cold holding temperatures

Observed cold holding display unit at "coffee bar" not maintaining TCS foods 41 degrees F or below, such as banana pudding at 44F and Sushi 55F.Corrective Actions: Must ensure all TCS foods are maintained at 41 degrees F or below, as to prevent foodborne illness to the public.

Hot and cold water available; adequate pressure

Observed no available running water at hand washing sink at sweet pickles deli, nearby hot holding unit at front service area. Corrective Actions: Must ensure all hand washing sinks are provided with hot and cold water, for proper use and procedures.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Obseved damaged floor to wall junctures nearby dry food storage and bulk water storage in kitchen area.Corrective Actions: Must make necessary repairs to premise, for ease of cleanliness.
