  Observed the high temperature dish machine reaching a maximum temperature of 140 F during the rinse cycle.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have the high temperature dish machine serviced to reach a minimum temperature of 180F during the final rinse. Must use the 3- compartment sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes until the dish machine has been serviced.

  Observed kitchen employees personal food items stored beside food prep items in the walk in cooler.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have a designated area for personal food items properly labeled and below any RTE food items .
