    Observed a tray of salad cups at 44F stored in the standing cooler located by the 3- compartment sink, that was not in service with a sign that stated "not in use".Corrective Actions: Must not store TCS food items in not in use standing cooler. Employee removed the salad cups and moved them to another cooler to cold hold.
