  Observed several dead insects and 2 dead cockroaches under shelves in dry storage are by walk in cooler. Observed mice droppings underneath shelves in other back room by walk in freezer. Manager states they have pest control treat for pests but did not have records at time of inspection.Corrective Actions: Ensure to provide pest control reports to show facility is being treated for mice, cockroaches and other insects.
