  Observed employees utilizing 2-compartment sink to wash and rinse dishes prior to sending them through the high temperature dish machine, which was not properly working during time of inspection.Corrective Actions: Ensure to wash and rinse all dishes, then drain water from one compartment and fill with sanitizer water to sanitize.
