Observed the hand sink in the warewashing area has been turned down to 85F to accommodate an eye wash station. Corrective Actions: Ensure that the hand wash sink in he warewash room maintains hot water of 100F or above for proper hand washing. No designated hand sinks required by public health can maintain hot water below 100F. You may, if desired, add a hand sink in the mop room for a designated eye wash station if they have to be below 100F.
