Corrective Actions: Manager discarded food product in the unit and from the top prep containers. Ensure that the unit is repaired so that the unit and the food in the unit can be maintained at temperatures of 41F and below. Food discarded was cheese, dressings, lettuce, mayonnaise, Cole slaw, and dressings.
