Observed the hand sink and the 3- compartment sink at 95F upon the time of inspection.Corrective Actions: Ensure the hand sink is serviced to reach a minimum temperature of 100F. Ensure the 3-compartment sink is serviced to reach 110F. Manager on site was able to fix the hot water, both sinks are now reaching above minimum required temperatures.
