Observed ice machine not kept thoroughly cleaned inside of organic matter growth.Corrective Actions: Must regularly and thoroughly clean inside ice machine, as to prevent contamination of ice.

Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage and display

Obseved no protective overhead cover for opened and prepared cups of salad and containers of cut fruits, for self-service at the food serving line.Corrective Actions: Must ensure all open food products are protected with covering or an overhead protection, as to prevent contamination during self-service.

Non-food contact surfaces clean

Observed fan vent covers in the walk-in cooler not kept clean.Corrective Actions: Must regularly and thoroughly clean all non-food contact surfaces, as to maintain a sanitary environment.

Garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained

Observed right-side blue dumpster, inside dumpster area, damaged at the bottom, with trash coming out and wastewater leaking onto the ground.Corrective Actions: Must replace e dumpster for one in good condition, as to prevent trash and wastewater liteter, contributing to pest harborage.
