Observed an expired food manager certificate on site at the time of inspection.Corrective Actions: Ensure a valid food manager certificate is posted in public view.

Food separated and protected

Observed raw chicken stored next to cooked bacon and green beans on the bottom shelf inside the reach in cooler closest to the entrance to the kitchen. Observed a food worker multitasking(filling a sanitizer bucket and then handling food and food containers) and not changing gloves. Corrective Actions: Ensure precooked and ready to eat foods are stored above raw poultry to avoid cross-contamination. Ensure gloves are used for a single task only.

Proper date marking and disposition

Observed a few tcs foods that had exceeded 24 hours after food preparation that were not date marked.Corrective Actions: Ensure tcs foods are date marked with a use by date(7 days total from the initial date of preparation is the time limit).

Wiping cloths; properly used and stored

Observed a damp wiping cloth stored on the prep counter inside the kitchen.Corrective Actions: Ensure all damp wiping cloths are stored inside the sanitizer buckets when not in use to prevent bacterial growth.
