Observed damp wiping cloths stored on the prep counter. Corrective Actions: Ensure damp wiping cloths are stored in a sanitizer solution when not in use.

Food and non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed and used

Observed the frozen burger patty reach in freezer at the front prep area with damaged doors. Both sliding doors came off at the time of inspection. It is critical that the doors remain closed to maintain temperatures at 32F or less. Corrective Actions: Ensure doors are replaced and maintained in good repair.

Adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used

Obseved a missing light shield for one light at the grill/venthood in the food prep area.Corrective Actions: Ensure all light bulbs have protective shielding to prevent glass from contaminating food.
