Observed turkey in the walk-in cooler at 44°F. Turkey was prepped earlier this morning. Observed sliced tomatoes on the prep line at 55°F that had been on the line for 30 minutes. Observed chicken salad, meat, and cheese in the deli cooler ranging from 44°F - 50°F.Corrective Actions: Ensure all TCS items remain at or below 41°F at all times. Ensure items are discarded after 4 hours. Ensure items that were prepped this morning are discarded.
