  Observed multiple items in walk-in cooler ranging from 46-52°F. Owner states that there is a Freon leak and Freon was added to the unit last week.Corrective Actions: Ensure to cold hold at 41°F or below. Ensure to rapidly cool items that were prepped today. Ensure to discard TCS items that have been held in cooler for longer than 8 hours.

  Observed to-go bowls being used as scoops inside of bulk flour and cornstarch.Corrective Actions: Ensure all scoops used inside of bulk items have handles.

  Observed grease built up on the vent hood. Observed ice build up on shelving in walk-in freezer.Corrective Actions: Ensure to clean grease build up on vent hood. Must clean ice build up on shelving.

  Observed accumulation of dust on ceiling vent above fryers and on both standing fans used in facility. Observed several cracked floor tiles in the back. Observed a hole in the wall below the tea urns. Observed fly waste on the ceilings in the back. Observed multiple missing/damaged ceiling tiles throughout the facility. Corrective Actions: Must clean all surfaces with dust accumulation and fly waste. Must repair/replace all missing/damaged ceiling tiles, hole below tea urns, and cracked floor tiles.
