  Observed rightmost reach-in-cooler in the lobby with an ambient temperature ranging from 54-56F. The cooler was set to 32F.Corrective Actions: Monitor reach-in-cooler closely every hour to ensure ambient temperature is 41F or below. Person in charge was instructed to transfer cold hold TCS juices(prepared one hour before storage) to a functioning cooler to maintain temperatures of 41F or below.
