Observed no written procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events or a bodily fluids kit on site at the time of inspection. Corrective Actions: Ensure a bodily fluids kit or written procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events is on site.

Hands clean and properly washed

Observed a food worker fail to properly wash hands before donning a new pair of gloves. Food worker rang a customer up and then immediately donned a pair of gloves and head for the serving line.Corrective Actions: Ensure hands are properly cleaned prior to donning gloves and in between multitasking.

Wiping cloths; properly used and stored

Observed several damp cloth towels stored on the countertops(top of the reach in cooler prep table) and on the grill area in the kitchen. Corrective Actions: Ensure all damp cloth towels are stored inside sanitizer buckets when not in use to prevent bacterial growth.

Food and non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed and used

Observed air gaskets in all reach in coolers in the front serving area in disrepair.Corrective Actions: Ensure air gaskets are replaced and maintained in good repair.

Observed mold-like growth on air gaskets inside the reach in coolers in the front serving area.Corrective Actions: Ensure an adequate cleaning frequency to prevent soil accumulation.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed large gap under the back door. Corrective Actions: Ensure gap is closed to prevent pest entry.
