  Observed damp wiping cloths left out on prep counters. Manager removed cloths. Observed sanitizer buckets at a concentration less than 200ppm.Corrective Actions: Ensur wiping cloths are stored in sanitizer buckets between use. Ensure sanitizer reads between 200-400ppm.

  Observed a gap between the floor and the wall in the women's restroom. Observed missing coving and wall damage near the 3-comp sink. Observed a hole in the floor that was accumulating water near the raw chicken hand sink. Observed outdoor wiping cloth storage container is damaged and does not protect items from the weather. Observed unclean floor drains below the soda fountain in the dining room. Observed damage to cabinet below soda fountain.Corrective Actions: Ensure to repair all violations notated above.
