Observed, at the time of inspection, no hot water at hand sinks and three compartment sink, only reading 72-74 degrees F.Corrective Actions: Must ensure a minimum of 100 degree F hot water at all hand washing sinks, as well as 110 degrees F hot water at three compartment sink, for proper hand washing and ware washing procedures (hot water fixed during inspection).
