  Observed bulk food container at dry food storage, containing flour, not labeled. Observed pre-packaged food products, prepared on-site with food from an approved source, not properly labeled with name of business, business address and contact number of retail food establishment it was packaged at.Corrective Actions: Must label all bulk food containers, by name of food product stored within, for ease of identification. Must provide location information on pre-packaged food time, for ease of tracking in the event of a foodborne illness.

  Observed some containers of food product stored on the floor surface in the walk-in cooler. Corrective Actions: Must store all food products off the floor surface, as to prevent contamination of food product.

  Observed litter/bulk trash bag accumulation behind dumpster, as well as lid to dumpster not kept closed when not in use.Corrective Actions: Must kept lid to dumpster closed when not in use, as well as clean litter and debris around dumpster area, as to prevent pest harborage.
