  Observed an unlabeled spray bottle containing degreaser, stored at front food preparation area.Corrective Actions: Must label all spray chemical bottles, for ease of identification.

  Observed multiple containers of food products stored uncovered in the walk-in cooler, as well as boxed foods stored on the floor surface in the walk-in freezer.Corrective Actions: Must keep all food covered when stored, as well as store all boxed food off the floor surface, as to prevent contamination.
