  Observed inadequate air gapping from plumbing to floor drain, underneath the three compartment sink.Corrective Actions: Must provide an adequate air gapping from to plumbing leading to floor drain, by raising the plumbing above the floor drain, as to prevent potential wastewater backup.

  Observed dumpster lids not kept closed when not in use, as well as an accumulation of litter and debris behind dumpster.Corrective Actions: Must regularly clean debris and litter around dumpster, as well as closed lids to dumpsters when not in use, as to prevent pest harborage.
