  Observed grease accumulation, trash, wooden crate, and a wire rack on the ground inside the dumpster enclosure. Corrective Actions: Ensure cleaning frequency intervals necessary to maintain refuse area in a sound, clean condition.

  Observed stagnant water in the warewashing area under the three-comp sink. observed damaged/exposed ceiling tile above the ice maker and above the hot holding area in the front of the restaurant. Corrective Actions: Ensure stagnant water is cleaned up and damaged ceiling tiles are replaced.
