Observed employee wash hands for less than 20 seconds and turn the faucet off with their bare hands. Observed employee touch and move the trash can with their gloves and then cut lemons.Corrective Actions: Ensure employees wash hands for a full 20 seconds with soap and 100*F hot water and turn the faucet off with a paper towel. Ensure employees wash hands and change gloves in between tasks.

Adequate hand washing facilities supplied and accessible

Observed the soap dispensers at all the hand sinks was damaged.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have safe and working soap dispensers.

Proper date marking and disposition

Observed several food items prepped with no dates. Including portioned out cheese slices, sausage, and other prepped foods.Corrective Actions: Ensure all food is labeled with a date prepped or a discard date when removed from the original packaging.

Warewashing facilities, installed, maintained, used, test strips

Observed employee begin stacking wet bowls and then put them away.Corrective Actions: Ensure all dishware is air dried prior to putting away.

Adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used

Observed dust accumulation on the vents in the kitchen and in the walk in.Corrective Actions: Ensure all vents are dusted regularly.
