  Observed raw salmon stored underneath raw beef at cold holding drawers at cooking area. Observed open containers of tea and water at outdoor bar area, accessible to customers and not protected with covering.Corrective Actions: Must ensure proper ready-to-eat/raw food storage hierarchy when stored, as to prevent cross contamination. Must refrain from leaving open and prepared water and tea containers open to the public, while kept uncovered, as to prevent contamination.
