Observed the internal temperature of the food (pizza sauce, peppers) in the reachin refrigerator beneath the prep line was 44*F. The manager stated they just finished a rush and will monitor the temperature. Observed the mayo in the reach in across from the register at 43*F.Corrective Actions: Ensure the refrigerators are monitored and internal temperatures are 41*C or lower at all times.
