  Observed employees wash hands in for less than 20 seconds. Observed employee wash hands and then turn the water off with bare hand. Observed employee wiping the counters and then start preparing foods without washing hands in between.Corrective Actions: Ensure employees wash hands with soap100*F hot water, and vigorous scrubbing for 20 seconds. Then dry hands and turn the faucet off with the paper towel. Ensure employees wash hands in between tasks.

  Observed employees bare handing biscuits for plates and while bagging. Observed employee bare hand tortillas while wrapping.Corrective Actions: Ensure employees use utensils or gloves when handling ready to eat foods.

  Observed a spoon in the hand sink in the cook area and what appeared to be food debris. Corrective Actions: Ensure the hand sinks are used for hand washing only.
