Observed the milk and food walk in cooler had food spillage and debris on the floors. Observed the back room with the 3 compartment had debris in the corners of the floors. Observed the soda fountain machines in the small mop room were unclean. Observed food debris in the cabinets below the hot dog roller.Corrective Actions: Ensure all surfaces are cleaned regularly.

Observed an insufficient air gap in the soda fountain drain piping in the mop room.Corrective Actions: Ensure all food contact surface wastewater piping and drain piping has a sufficient air gap.

Observed the back door had a large gap between both of the doors. Observed the coving falling off and had large gaps in several areas.Corrective Actions: Ensure the back door and all the coving is fully sealed to prevent pest.
