  Observed that the employees personal food was sitting over food used to serve students.Corrective Actions: Personal food may not be stored over food used to serve to students/the public. Food was moved to the. bottom shelf. Corrected on site.

  Observed sanitizer at 0ppm at three comp sink while items were being washed. Corrective Actions: Ensure that before you resume ware washing that you check 5e sanitizer concentration to ensure proper concentration is still present. Corrected on site.

  Observed foil wrapped around sheet pans for storing containers of food products on the dry storage shelves. Observed crumb accumulation between two layers of foil. Corrective Actions: Do not use foil to cover sheet pans for storing food products on the dry good shelving. This is not considered cleanable, and all surfaces must be smooth, cleanable, and non-absorbent. Foil does not meet the requirement for cleanable.

  Observed that the walk-in freezer door does not self close. Corrective Actions: Ensure it is repaired so that it self-closes by the end of spring break.
