  Observed the hand sink by the three compartment sink was had no paper towels. Observed the handwashing signs missing at the hand sink by the tortilla station and the 3 compartment sink.Corrective Actions: Ensure the hand sinks are fully stocked at all times and have a handwashing sign.

  Observed the ice machine was unclean. Observed the soda nozzles at the drive thru had debris inside and the tea nozzle in the self serve area were unclean.Corrective Actions: Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned regularly.
