Observed no paper towels at the back hand washing sink. ear the three compartment sink.Corrective Actions: Ensure to supply hand washing sink with paper towels for proper hand washing and drying procedures.

Observed un sanitary wiping clothes stored on food contact surfaces.Corrective Actions: Ensure to store wiping clothes in a sanitizer bucket when not actively being used.

Thermometers provided and accurate

Observed walk in cooler thermometer is broken.Corrective Actions: Ensure to fix the built in thermometer for the walk in cooler.

Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage and display

aobserved food items in boxes stored directly on the floor at the time of inspection.Corrective Actions: Emsire to store all food items atleast 6" off the floor or higher.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Obseeved broken tile next to the floor drain is pooling water.Corrective Actions: Ensure to fix or repair the broken tile to help prevent pooling water.
