  Observed Sponge Bob ice cream bars had melted and were still on the shelves for sale. Corrective Actions: Ensure that food product is not our on the shelf if the product is damaged or in poor condition, or indicates temperature abuse. 38 ice cream individual packages were discarded voluntarily.

  Observed a number of dented cans were still on the shelves. Most dents were on the rims, and some had pinched metal dents in the center of the cans. Corrective Actions: Ensure team members observe the condition of the cans wile stocking shelves. Dented cans (8+) were voluntarily discarded.

  Proper date marking and disposition

  Observed food product on the refrigerated cooler shelves for sale that had expired Use By dates. There were 10 packages of Bar S Polish Sausages that expired on July 15th. Observed August expiration dates of Chicken Jumbo Franks stored behind September expiration date packages of Chicken Jumbo Franks. Observed White Castle Cheeseburger Bites with Best By dates from May 2026. Corrective Actions: Ensure that expired product is pulled from the shelves o after than by the end of day on expiration dates. Ensure that First in First Out policy is followed. Store policy is to pull product when Best By date is past. Follow store policy regarding best by dates. Expired product was voluntarily discarded. Ensure that dates are monitored properly for safe discarding of out of date product.
