  Certified Food Protection Manager / Food Handler Certification

  Observed no Food Handler cards or Food Manager Certifications on site. Corrective Actions: Due to no open food, and only pouring from kegs and cleaning dishes, we discussed at least having Food Handler Cards for employees. If at any time you start serving food (more than pre-packaged chips/snacks) then you may be required to have a Food Manager Certification.

  Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events

  Observed no vomit/diarrhea clean up kit on site. Corrective Actions: Ensure you have a vomiting/diarrheal event clean up kit on site. Manager ordered a kit during the inspection.

  Adequate hand washing facilities supplied and accessible

  Observed there are no designated hand wash sinks in the establishment outside the restroom. This is a repeat violation. Corrective Actions: Ensure you have hand sinks installed in the bar area and the brewing area. in the meantime, the manager agreed to designate the sinks in the bar area as hand wash sinks, and the 3-comp sink in the beer brewing area as ware wash sinks for both the bar and the brewing area. You have one week to get proper hand wash sinks installed. a plumber has already been contacted.

  Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices

  Observed no air gap under the three compartment sink. Corrective Actions: Ensure a proper air gap between the sewer drain and the plumbing for the three compartment sink. Manager has contacted plumber. Angle cuts may be used for pipes creating the air gaps.

  Observed a lot of clutter in the establishment. Corrective Actions: Clutter creates areas where pests and vermin can harbor. Maintain establishment clean and clutter removed.
