  Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events

  Manager does not have a plan for how to clean diarrhea or vomiting or blood.Corrective Actions: Have a written plan and supplies for cleaning up bodily fluids.

  Adequate hand washing facilities supplied and accessible

  Observed a few napkins on top of the paper towel dispenser. Person in charge said that the paper towels fall out of the dispenser. No paper towels in the restroom dispenser either. Corrective Actions: Recommend that you replace the dispensers with ones that will hold and dispense the paper towels properly, which will provide cleanliness and protection for the paper towels.

  Food separated and protected

  Observed personal food items in the refrigerators over and mixed in with the food for customer service. Observed beverages on a prep table. Observed food product used with the Dubai chocolate on the prep table uncovered from the day before. Corrective Actions: Ensure that personal food and beverage is kept in deep containers, below and away from customer use food and beverages. Strongly recommend that with the amount of personal food, a separate refrigerated unit would be a recommended. Keep all food product covered when not in use to prevent contamination.

  Observed no test strips for chlorine sanitizer. Corrective Actions: Ensure that test strips for chlorine sanitizer are on site and easily accessible.
