Observed the ice machine is unclean inside along the silver strip in the top. There is condensate on the silver strip. Corrective Actions: Do not use the ice for anything that will be ingested until it is cleaned and sanitized. Manager said it is scheduled for cleaning during spring break next week.

Approved thawing methods used
Observed lunch meat in packages being thawed in the sink without being in a pan to hold water over the food product. Corrective Actions: Manager had employee put the lunch meat in a deep pan and filled the pan with cold water. Water continued to flow over the side like a small waterfall. Corrected on site.
