  Observed the simply orange juice and other temperature as a control for safety drinks in the reach in cooler at 51*F.Corrective Actions: Ensure the monitoring system is check for the time the fridge was above 41*F, if it is less than 4 hours move the temperature as a control for safety drinks to the milk refrigerator. If the temperature was above 41*F for longer than 4 hours discard all temperature as a control for safety drinks. Ensure all temperature as a control for safety foods are kept at 41*F or lower.

  Observed the reach in cooler with the milk had milk spilled on the bottom shelf. Observed the white freezer and white fridge with the sports drinks and coffee had dust accumulation on the fans. Observed the front of all the white refrigerators and freezers needed dusting. Corrective Actions: Ensure all equipment is cleaned regularly.

  Observed the back storage area need some light cleaning on the floors. Observed the floors beneath the refrigerators and freezers in the front were unclean.Corrective Actions: Ensure the back storage area is cleaned regularly. Ensure the floors under equipment are cleaned regularly.
