Observed the milk in the reach in of the drink prep area had milk with an internal temperature of 51*F at the beginning of the inspection. The manager stated they just finished a rush. The internal temperature of the milk at the end of the inspection was 48*F. The manager was instructed to move the milks until they reach 41*F or lower.Corrective Actions: Ensure all temperature as a control for safety foods are kept at 41*F or lower at all times.
