Proper date marking and disposition

Observed the following expired tcs foods without date items in the reach in coolers: 8 packages of Smithfield boneless ham steak(use by 9/17/26), 2 packages of hillshire farm cheddarwurst(use by 9/25/26), 7 packages of Bar S Bologna(use by 9/29/26). Corrective Actions: Ensure periodic checks of tcs foods to prevent the sale of expired products.

Insects, rodents and animals not present

Observed a dead cockroach inside the back of the warehouse area at the back of the store. Corrective Actions: Ensure adequate cleaning frequency to prevent pest entry.
