Observed chlorine solution inside the sanitizer bucket with a measurement of 400 ppm.Corrective Actions: Person in charge remade the chlorine solution to 100 ppm.

Insects, rodents and animals not present

Observed fly trapping device stored on the ceiling in the food prep area.Corrective Actions: Ensure insect trapping devices are not located over food preparation devices.

Adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used

Observed no protective shield for light bulbs in the venthood.Corrective Actions: Ensure protective shield to prevent glass from exploding and contaminating food.
