Observed beef patties, in the drawer style fridge unit to the right of the grill, at an internal temperature of 45F, as well as pre-prepared egg patties and Canadian bacon with an internal temperature of 49F, stored in the drawer style fridge unit to the left of the grill.Corrective Actions: Must ensure all TCS foods are maintained at 41 degrees F or below, as to prevent foodborne illness to the public (food products observed not being maintained at 41 degrees F or below were in the fridge unit since around 12pm the same day, according to the manager on-site. Food product was moved to the walk-in cooler for proper cooling).

Observed rusting of bottom shelving for food equipment storage, by three compartment sink.Corrective Actions: Must ensure all shelving and other non-food contact surfaces are not rusted, for ease of cleanliness.

Garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained

Observed missing drain plug to dumpster, as well as side lid to dumpster left open when not in use.Corrective Actions: Must keep all lids and side doors to dumpster closed when not in use, as well as install a drain plug to dumpster, as to prevent pest harborage.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed floors underneath coffee machine table not kept clean, by serving drive-through window, as well as floors in walk-in freezer not kept thoroughly cleaned.Corrective Actions: Must regularly and thoroughly clean floors, as to maintain a sanitary environment.
