Observed pink grime on the inside of the ice machine.Corrective Actions: Ensure an adequate cleaning frequency to prevent soil accumulation.

Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage and display

Observed water leaking from the ceiling onto food prep areas(two reach in cooler countertops) in the front food serving area of the kitchen. Corrective Actions: Ensure ceiling is repaired and no longer leaking to prevent contamination of food and food contact surfaces.

Food and non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed and used

Observed a damaged air gasket and weather stripping at the bottom of the walk in freezer and the walk in cooler. Corrective Actions: Ensure the gaskets and weatherstripping is replaced and maintained in good repair.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed leaking water(and water accumulation in the ceiling )from the ceiling in the front prep area and in the back area closest to the mop sink. Corrective Actions: Ensure there is no water leaking from the ceiling onto food and food contact surfaces(closure).
