  Observed the hand sink located on the cook line with no hand washing signage or label. Corrective Actions: Must provide proper hand washing signage or signage at the designated hand sink.

  Observed cooling logs with temperatures that do not reach 70F by hour 2 and no final cooling temperature. Corrective Actions: Must properly cool cooked food items to 70F within 2 hours then to 41F in the next 4 hours. Must properly log cooling times and temperatures.
