  Hands clean and properly washed

  observed an employee/grill person don a pair of gloves without properly washing his hands prior to handling food. Corrective Actions: Employees shall properly wash hands before donning a pair of gloves.

  Adequate hand washing facilities supplied and accessible

  observed empty disposable paper towel dispenser adjacent to food prep and food serving area. Also, observed bucket of sanitizer stored inside the hand washing sink in food prep area. Corrective Actions: employee/grill person removed the sanitizer bucket and placed it in a designated area and replenished the disposable towel dispenser for hand washing sink. Hand washing sinks are for hand washing only.

  Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

  observed a ladle that contained dried/old food particles stored on the designated rack for clean dishes/food contact surfaces. Corrective Actions: ensure all food contact surfaces are being washed, rinsed , and sanitized properly to avoid possible contamination.

  Wiping cloths; properly used and stored

  observed several in-use damp wiping cloths stored on prep table and next to a hand washing sink. Corrective Actions: wiping cloth towels shall be stored in sanitizer solution in between uses.

  observed the drain pipe from the ice maker extended into the floor drain. No adequate air gap provided.Corrective Actions: shall provide adequate air gap to minimize the possibility of back flow into the drain pipes.

  observed heavy grease accumulation inside the dumpster enclosure. Corrective Actions: business shall maintain dumpster enclosure to minimize nuisance.
