  observed food worker, eating, and drinking on food prep area.Corrective Actions: food workers shall eat and drink in a designated area away from food prep area to avoid contamination.

  observed hand washing sink in the ware washing area with broken drain pipe/in disrepair and lacked a trash can for the hand washing sink in the food prep area.Corrective Actions: all handwashing sinks shall be in proper working condition and provided with proper signage, soap, trash cans, and disposable towels at all hours of operation.

  observed black substance inside the soda nozzles at the bar station.Corrective Actions: So nozzles must be in sanitary condition.

  observed cold hold TCS foods that had exceeded the time limit or date marking(container of Canadian bacon 6/25, garlic butter 6/25, sliced olives 6/11). Corrective Actions: all all cold hold TCS foods must be properly date marked.

  observed a container of medication/cooling gel stored above TCS foods inside the walk-in cooler. Corrective Actions: all chemicals/medications shall be stored in a designated area away from food and food prep areas.
