  Observed sanitizer bucket stored inside a designated hand washing sink adjacent to the dishwashing machine, and three compartment sink. Corrective Actions: designated handwashing sinks must be used for handwashing only

  observed frozen raw ground beef stored on the same rack next to frozen deli meats and frozen pre-cooked turkey. Corrective Actions: Frozen raw and ready to eat food shall be stored separately to avoid cross-contamination.
