  Observed rodent droppings in the back shed like storage area. Manager stated the pest control servicer is scheduled to visit on 4/7/26.Corrective Actions: Ensure to send the pest control service report for 4/7/26 to TCPH. Ensure the back storage area is fully cleaned and monitored closely for activity. In the event of pest activity, ensure to clean immediately and sanitize he area. Ensure to check daily prior to food preparation for pest activity.

  Observed wiping cloths on the floor.Corrective Actions: Ensure soiled wiping cloths are kept in a single location.

  Observed the sanitizer test strips were expired.Corrective Actions: Ensure the sanitizer test strips are in date and used regularly.

  Observed the soda fountain drain piping did not have an air gap. Observed the draft beer overflow drain did not have an air gap.Corrective Actions: Ensure all food contact surface drains have an air gap from the sanitary sewer.
