Observed no certified food manager at the start of the inspection. Corrective Actions: Ensure a certified food manager is on site at all times. Ensure all employees can provide food handler cards during the inspection.

Hands clean and properly washed

Observed an employee put on gloves without washing hands first.Corrective Actions: Ensure employees wash hands prior to putting on gloves, in between tasks, and upon entering the establishment.

Adequate hand washing facilities supplied and accessible

Observed a wish in the hand sink by the front POS counter and no paper towels. Observed no soap at the hand sink by the back office. Observed the hand sink did not have a hand washing sign.Corrective Actions: Ensure the hand sink is used for hand washing only. Ensure the hand sink is fully stocked with soap and paper towels. Ensure the hand sink has a hand washing sign posted.

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed a whisk in the hand sink and then moved to the tea brewing container. All items were immediately moved to the 3 compartment sink.Corrective Actions: Ensure unclean items are washed,rinsed, sanitized, and air dried prior to use. Ensure unclean and clean items do not make contact with each other.

Proper date marking and disposition

Observed several containers in the walk in with no date label.Corrective Actions: Ensure all food items in prep containers or storage containers are date labeled.

Toxic substances properly identified, stored, used

Observed several spray bottles with no item name.Corrective Actions: Ensure all chemical spray bottles are labeled with the content name.

Utensils, equipment and linens; properly stored, dried, handled

Observed several fryer baskets with damaged wire.Corrective Actions: Ensure all fryer baskets with damaged wire are discarded immediately.
