Observed milk in the reach in eith an internal temperature of 43*F.Corrective Actions: Ensure the salsa made 9/12/26 is discarded. Ensure the salsa made today is moved to another refrigerator. Ensure the milk is moved to another fridge. Ensure all temperature as a control for safety foods are kept at 41*F or lower at all times.
