Observed the hot water at the hand sink on the serve line would only reach 65*F. Observed the hot water at the 3 compartment sink would only reach 103*F. Observed the hand sink in the 3 compartment sink area was not working at all and then was repaired by the food manager. The hot water at the 3 compartment sink area has adequate pressure and the hot water is reaching 100*F. Corrective Actions: Ensure the hand sink in the 3 compartment sink area is moved to the serve line to ensure proper hand washing prior to serving food. Ensure the current procedure of rewashing dishes at the commissary school continues. Ensure all hand sinks have 100*F hot water and adequate pressure by 3/20/26. Ensure a hand sink is on the serve line and in the 3 compartment area by 3/20/26. Ensure the hot water at the 3 compartment sink reaches 110*F.
